Armand DiCarlo

Senior coach Armand DiCarlo works with executives, organizations, teams, and individuals to produce breakthroughs in overall productivity and personal performance. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with others in creating innovative solutions and approaches that combine a business focus with personal development.

In his coaching role, Armand draws on 30 years of experience designing and leading group programs and one-to-one coaching that empower people to produce previously unimaginable results in their lives. He is a senior Landmark program leader and has led seminars for more than 25 years. Before becoming Director of Landmark Personal Coaching, Armand also managed Landmark’s New York operations with accountability for staffing (including training and development), revenue, and overall performance. Armand’s rich background also includes experience as an entrepreneur, an educator in public schools, probation and parole officer, and Peace Corps volunteer. Armand lives in Manhattan with his wife Andrea. He enjoys working out and running. He and Andrea enjoy the opera, cooking, and cultivating their Manhattan garden.
    

Sandy Bernasek

Senior coach Sandy Bernasek has worked with thousands of individuals and groups to produce unprecedented, unpredictable results for more than 30 years. As a coach, Sandy facilitates her clients in getting clear about what matters to them, personally and professionally. She has a keen ability to quickly connect with them to clarify their goals and objectives and to effectively coach them in bringing those goals into reality. Her clients enhance their effectiveness in all areas of life through altering the way they see themselves and their situations.

Her extensive world travels give Sandy a unique perspective on individual performance and accomplishment and enable her to have an open-minded approach to empowering others to create the results they want. Whether clients are looking to expand to the next level of accomplishment in a project or idea or to determine a direction in life, her intention and goal is to create clarity on what is important, to learn and discover the best way to move forward and create results and success in all areas of life.

Prior to being a Personal Performance Coach for Landmark, Sandy led The Landmark Forum and the Advanced Course. Her professional experience also includes management, planning, and training and development for individuals and groups. Sandy has a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Education from the College of New Jersey. She lives in Princeton, New Jersey with her husband, Steve, a professor at Princeton University.
    

Chris Lindstrom

Chris packs a wealth of coaching experience in his toolkit—at the heart of his work is a focus on putting transformative learning into action. He addresses the many aspects that make up the life of any productive and committed individual. Chris’ clients produce breakthroughs, not only in specific areas of concern, but in the manner in which they take on all of life.

Chris Lindstrom brings a diverse and successful background to Landmark’s Personal Coaching team. He has over 25 years’ experience in the private, military and education sectors, providing coaching and training to thousands of individuals in successfully pursuing what is important to them. As a trained musician, theater director, military officer, small business owner, seminar leader, and educational administrator, Chris has had the opportunity to work with people of all ages, backgrounds and interests. Chris received his bachelor’s degree in Music from the University of Georgia, graduating magna cum laude. He earned his Master’s degree in Performance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, graduating summa cum laude.
    

Georgiana Kovell

Georgiana has proven ability to elicit leadership at all levels of an organization and has trained thousands of business professionals. She combines a diverse and successful business background with extensive coaching, communication, and facilitation experience. She respects and acknowledges the many vital aspects that make up our lives and takes a “whole you” approach to her work. Georgiana brings to her coaching a unique combination of skills, experience, and “know how.”

Georgiana has more than 20 years of experience in management, sales and personal development. Prior to her tenure with Landmark Personal Coaching, Georgiana delivered workshops to thousands of people in communications, leadership, and performance. She has performed in high-level athletics as a coach and a competitor. She attended college in Sacramento, California as well as advanced trainings in design, performance, sales, physical and nutritional development, and leadership.
    

Larry Frantz

Larry Frantz has been coaching people to empower their leadership, performance, and commitment to contribute to others for more than 15 years. As a coach, he is dedicated to uncovering the passion that lives uniquely in every human being and works with his clients to excel in what matters most to them. He offers breadth and depth to knowing that individuals themselves have what it takes to succeed. Larry creates a safe space for his clients to clarify their goals and objectives and to discover new levels of performance and effectiveness.

In previous roles, Larry founded and managed successful businesses and acted as a consultant to non-profit organizations across the United States. After graduating with highest honours from the University of California at Santa Cruz, he taught physics and participated in research projects at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center.
    

Reza Razeghi

Reza Razeghi, an executive coach, partners with leaders to strengthen their capacity to create high-performing teams and organizations. He helps leaders clarify vision and strategy for themselves, their teams, and their organization. With that foundation, he works with them to turn their vision into reality, implementing solutions to achieve remarkable results. His clients enhance their effectiveness, think more strategically, improve their communication skills, evolve how they think about leadership, and understand how to optimize performance. Reza’s clients range from multi-national companies to start-ups.

Reza has been a coach and consultant with King Chapman & Broussard, a premier consulting firm; has worked in research and development for a major oil company; and was an IT director in the semiconductor and computer industries. In these roles, Reza designed and created innovative solutions and approaches that combine a business focus with personal development and leadership creativity, producing breakthrough results. Reza has a BS in chemical engineering from AIT (Iran), a Masters in computer science from the University of New Mexico, and a Masters in organizational development from Antioch University.
    

Connie Sakrison

Connie brings to coaching a mastery earned through extensive practice—for more than 25 years she has successfully supported people taking on large challenges, enhancing their effectiveness, and turning their vision into reality. Known by many as an empowering mentor and a non-judgmental listener, Connie actively coaches people, teams, and organizational leaders to be clear, decisive, and in action.

Connie’s professional experiences—in roles as diverse as mathematical research, relationship counseling, and being a key contributor to development and design of Landmark’s Wisdom Area courses—provide a basis for practical guidance and insight to clients. She holds a BS in mathematics from the University of Arizona, an MA in clinical psychology from Antioch University, and a Marriage and Family Counselor (MFC) license from the state of California.
